CAD/pattern orders are processed in the following steps.

• 2. Add to Cart or Checkout **Add to Checkout**
• 3. Log in with Member ID **
• 4. Select Payment Method and Make Payment **Select Payment Method and Make Payment**
• 5. Order Success Screen (Order Number) **

Payment Information

For high-value transactions, the credit card company may call you to verify the payment for security purposes.

If, during the verification process, it is determined that the order is not legitimate—such as the use of a stolen card or an order placed under another person's name—we may suspend or cancel the order at our discretion.

Points Information

Usage Period

Available points (Total points minus used points) can be used immediately upon product purchase. You can use your available points immediately.

Terms of Use **

When using points, the minimum purchase amount required is 5,000 won.

When using points, the maximum purchase amount using points (maximum amount of points that can be used per transaction) is 'no limit'.

Extinction condition **Extinction condition**

When an order is cancelled or refunded, points earned from the product purchase will also be cancelled.

Upon membership withdrawal, accumulated points will automatically expire.

Points will expire if no additional points are accumulated for three years from the date of the last point accrual.

Pattern Product Order Guide

You can purchase pattern files at the pattern market.

After ordering and paying for the desired pattern, you can check the Downloads section in My Page to find the corresponding file.

Files downloaded after purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please be advised that you may be held legally liable if you duplicate and resell the purchased pattern file exactly as is.

CAD Subscription Cancellation and Availability Period

You can cancel your subscription at any time on [My Page]. Upon cancellation, billing will stop, and you can use the license until the end of your current subscription period.

CAD Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period that has already been billed.

Therefore, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period after cancellation.
